Valnetta Serafina Kwintarya is an Indonesian-born pianist based in Singapore,

recognized for her expressive artistry and versatility as a soloist and collaborative

musician, with performances across Asia and Europe and multiple awards in piano

performance and accompaniment.

Valnetta Serafina Kwintarya is an Indonesian-born classical pianist currently based in Singapore. She started her musical training at the age of 3 and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Music (Piano Performance), Year 3, at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), where she studies under the guidance of Dr. Nicholas Ong. Known for her musical sensitivity, technical refinement, and strong collaborative skills, Valnetta is an active performer across solo, ensemble, and accompaniment settings.

She has appeared on notable stages in Singapore, Indonesia, and Europe. In Singapore, she performed at the Esplanade, Her performance experience in Indonesia includes the Radjawali Theatre in Semarang, where she presented solo repertoire to local audiences. Internationally, she performed at the Tignespace Auditorium in Tignes, France, as part of her participation in the MusicAlp International Music Festival. In addition to formal recitals, she has been featured in multiple NAFA Music Platforms and Concert Series, including Piano Plus, Composition concerts, Vocal Studies, and Chorus performances, demonstrating her versatility as both a soloist and collaborative musician.

Valnetta’s artistic development has been recognised through numerous awards, scholarships, and enrichment opportunities. She is a recipient of the NAFA Entry Merit Award and the NAFA Talent Development Programme (NTDP), as well as the Tan Chay Bing Scholarship for Academic Year 2025–2026. Her academic excellence earned her a place on the Dean’s List for AY 2024–2025 Semester 1. In 2025, she received the Best Accompanist Award at the NAFA Vocal Competition, both 2025 and 2026.  Her competition achievements include Second Prize at the Ars Nova Piano Competition (with no First Prize awarded), Gold Prize and Best Performance of an Étude at WPTA Indonesia, and a Platinum Medal with First Prize (highest mark in her category) at the Bangkok International Performing Arts Piano Competition, and 1st prize in Hong Kong 

International Performance Arts Festival and Music Competition She has also achieved ABRSM Highest Distinction three times. She has further refined her artistry through masterclasses with Dr. Kim Kyu Yeon, Professor Brian Hsu, Professor Helen Krizos, and Professor Ham Jeongwon in piano ensemble masterclass
